Today before starting the main topic, I will tell you a small but true story…
This is the story of “Hal Elrod” who was travelling on his way, Unfortunately He met with an accident on 3rd December 1999 in which he was severely injured and was declared dead by the doctors. There was silence, but after 6 minutes his Heart started to beat again and doctors struggled hard and he was made alive but he went into the state of coma, He was in coma for 6 days and he came to conscious on 7th day, Doctors said that he can never walk again, as his 11 bones were fractured…
What can we expect from a man who can’t even stand on his own….
But what really happened is, After a few years of that terrible situation, Now he is a Keynote speaker, A bestselling Author and an ultra Marathon runner… First he died, then came back to life, then proved the doctors wrong by running in marathon race… HOW?????? Read till the end…

Do you know what makes a person smart or successful??Obviously his attitude, but How to get the attitude of ultra smart people, Attitude is definitely not what you follow to show others, It Is that which you develop to make yourself perfect and well mannered…SO Today I’m sharing you the 6 morning habits of highly successful people from the Book “THE MIRACLE MORNING” BY Hal Alrod…

In this book the author says that whatever you think to achieve in your life you must first awake yourself from the sleep, also he says that After recovering from coma he made these 6 habits which he used to follow almost every day & every morning which he had learnt from very successful people…So let’s explore those 6 habits…
These are those 6 Morning Habits..
#1 Silence: This sounds simple. But what the reality is that, we start thinking about lots of things which we do instead of being silence and we start to think about the tasks we need to complete  like “ I have to go to the office,” “I have to write a blog post” and we start to worry about Time..This is not a good thing, Remember Always wake up with calm cool peace of mind. The key thing about the miracle morning habits is to stay away from stress and this habit is going to help to be cool by the way…
#2 Affirmations: Talk to yourself, Although it looks creepy you must be able to control yourself and which in turn helps you to take the  best decisions in your life. Almost every successful Athlete, Actors, and entrepreneurs follow this habit which a normal person usually can’t understand…Note the things which you want to do, you must follow this to make your life to be in your control…
#3. Visualization:  This is similar to Affirmations but not same, In affirmations you note the things that you want to do, but here you visualize them in a clear way. Make sure to visualize and feel that what you are willing is going to happen with you, if you want to learn to drive a car you visualize it in the way that you are driving…
#4 Exercise: The 4th habit is Exercising. I hope some of you follow this every morning but many of us start to make excuses to get rid of it sometimes saying it’s too late to do exercise or “I don’t have good equipment “ and much more…If you want to know much about these excuse making habit Do read my last post… The magic of thinking big…
#5 Reading: This is the habit only very few of us follow and until we start to read we will be unaware of the feel which we really  get after getting addicted to reading, Do read just 10 pages every day by the end of the year you would have probably read 3650 pages which are equal to 18 books..It was a small commitment but you gain very potential knowledge about life…
#6 Scribing:  This is simple thing to do make scribe of your ideas which you usually get in the fresh morning..Write your thoughts and feelings what you have done yesterday and what you gained by it and what you have to bring change in them to improve yourself…..

Note: I know these Habits might have looked very boring to you, as I said in the above example of “Reading”. If you read daily 10 pages you will complete 18 books in a year, Just like this if you follow all these habits daily you will be where you want to be ONE DAY...
*To follow all these habits you must wake up soon in the Morning. As the sub title of the book says “6 habits that will transform your life Before 8 AM”…If you start your day by making the alarm to snooze These routines will not work for you, As if you snooze and wake up late which makes you look more lazy and mad person, By snoozing alarm you’re saying to yourself that you are not enough confident to face your DAY…In the last pages of BOOK author gave you a “30 DAYS MIRACLE CHALLENGE”, In which he says you to find a partner who can follow these habits just for 30 days with you, take it as a challenge..
First 10 days will be really tough, and middle 10 days will be little easy but by the end of the challenge you will notice a great change in you which makes you wanting to follow it every day..Which makes you to start your..MIRACLE MORNING….
