So today i would like to say you the summary of the book"start with why?
"Start With Why" is a inspirational book written by Simon Sinek on his way to help others do work,and inspire them, and he uses real-world examples of great leaders and achievers to show you how they communicate and how you can change your way by adopting their mindset to inspire others yourself.
The reason why his saying is so attractive is that it’s very simple and easy ,yet very effective most of the inspiring leaders seem to have internalized his idea of the golden circle and communicate well with it.
What ever your work,start with why.It gives you a proper thought to stick and explore your idea
Three things to follow from his mission to inspire others..
- So If you want to inspire others,always be sure to communicate your why first. Do it first.
- Author says that Excited employees are the best resource for any business.
- When you start with "why" you don't require lot of things to do it on.it’s about to get inspiration.
“People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.”
Every company or enterprise in the world knows what they are doing,which means they knew their "why", it’s the main thing they tell people about their enterprise...
"when we make a decision based on a strong why, we own it."
when we have a clear why we do things,we will feel a sense of belonging, and that’s why it’s a powerful way of getting us to decide a decision.Many of the great leaders and companies get this right by starting communication with initially why they do things, eventually followed by how they do things, and finally by what it they actually do.
for example:
why Apple company is more innovative than same type of other companies?.Almost there are lot of computer companies in the world but what makes it so different compared to all the other why Wright brothers succeeded in making the plane while many other well qualified were not able to succeed...
*100% the companies only Know the third circle i.e WHAT
* And some know HOW they do it..
*But very very few organizations knows WHY they do it.
Almost 99% of the organizations answer for WHY is "Revenue"
But the real leaders and most successful people think from inside the circle so that's what make them different from others and make zero competition around them..They just come reverse to the circle which brings lot of difference in the work of influencing people to Buy their products or to get someones attraction...
The book is very interesting to read and you will know the way to communicate to influence people and be their inspiration for sure....
